Spring is coming (we hope) and big campaigns for Fall are already in the air. When it comes to new “It” girls, we’re in Phillip Lim’s camp: avid Tao Okamato fans. It takes a special girl to make the bowl cut cute much less runway chic. After a knockout Fall/Winter 09 runway season, we just heard word that Tao is the new girl at Ralph Lauren.
