After not speaking for weeks, Friends costars and real-life besties Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are back on. Jen stopped speaking to her longtime pal after Courteney got chatty with Jen’s ex hubby Brad Pitt backstage at a Chris Cornell concert in LA last month. “Jen was so upset and angry,” a source says. “She felt betrayed.” And Jen had been filming The Baster in NYC for a couple of months, while Courteney hung out with her family and friends on the Left Coast. But it seems that all is well again. The pair, including Courteney’s hubby David Arquette, were spotted having dinner at LA’s Water Grill and then going to the Fleetwood Mac concert in LA last night. Chris Brown has come out of hiding. After staying quiet about beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna for three months, the R&B star is finally speaking out and telling fans not to hate him. In a video posted online, Chris, who brutally beat Rihanna in January at a Grammy pre-party, talks about his new album, Graffiti and asks fans to support him and but it. The devout Catholic told Jay Leno that he is expecting another baby with his girlfriend Oksana Grigiorieva, just six weeks after his wife Robyn filed for divorce. “This is true, we are having a child,” Mel revealed on the Tonight Show. “Im guess I’m Octo-Mel now.” Mel and his new flame, who has a son with actor Timothy Dalton, were first spotted getting cozy on the beach in Costa Rica earlier this year ­ just weeks before Robyn finally pulled the plug on the failed marriage. Sure, I’m living vicariously through those dashing movie stars at the Cannes Film Festival. Who wouldn’t considering it’s the south of France and the glamorous seem all the more so? Which is why amongst all the celebrity fawning, it’s nice to see that charity is still part of the A-lister game. The Maybach Foundation held a celebrity gaming night (with Sunflower Children Foundation) to raise money for future projects on Sunday and then followed with a luncheon to honor Edward Norton for his charity work on Monday. Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon is getting hitched! At least, she’s hoping she will soon be allowed to. While attending a rally to support same-sex marriage in NYC on Sunday, the 43-year old actress, who famously played Miranda on the hit HBO series, flashed the engagement ring her longtime girlfriend Christine Marinoni gave her. “It’s about time,” Cynthia said.
