Mark Ronson is a DJ, producer and now luxury designer. Ronson has teamed up for a sneaker collaboration with Gucci. The results are red, white and blue takes on the classic boat shoe, but with a stylish update, of course. The limited edition sneaks will be only sold at Gucci’s pop-up stores around the world. But lest we forget where Ronson’s roots are, each pair will come with a 12-inch vinyl record with exclusive tracks. Continue…

Remember your trusty Polaroid pics? The fuzzy golden lighting was bound to make everyone look just a little bit edgier– and especially that bright young new model.  When the company went out of business, we were wondering who would resuscitate the iconic brand. Urban Outfitters have jumped on the artsy op by teaming with The Impossible Project who bought all the machinery and equipment from Polaroid’s Dutch factory. Continue…

LVMH kick-offed the summer back in June announcing that it would support Mayor Bloomberg’s Summer Streets bike initiative. The green program encourages commuters to bike (in style) and closes off main thoroughfares on three August Saturdays in New York City. Along with being the main sponsor, LVMH also hosted a contest for FIT students to design a “Bike in Style” outfit. Winner Jessica Velasquez officially debuted her jacket, poncho and bag to press today. Talk about the fast-track to the fashion lane. Continue…
