Points to the pop star for holding her fashionable ground against a huge Northeast snowstorm that sidelined more than one holiday traveler. The duo hit  Rockefeller Center in outdoor performance of “Run this Town.”  But while Jay-Z was bundled up in all black— you know, the usual snow gear such as a parka, Ri wasn’t going to let a few flakes and 25mph winds stop her from looking sexy.
