For Spring Summer 2010, Derek Lam ladies were sexier than previous seasons past. One of the emerging trends this season is leg exposure and Lam’s designs were in the same vein. Hems were short, short and shorter and paired with lace-up high-heeled sandals that screamed sex appeal. There was also plenty of color with turquoise, purple and navy playing into the palette that made for the boldest collection we’ve seen from the designer yet.
