Sure a splashy designer “It” bag is always nice to have in your arsenal, but accessories that hint more quietly at luxury are usually more worth their money. Check out the latest from Paris-based label Lutz. The spring 2010 collection features butter soft leather handbags in lambskin and full-grain leather. In neutral tones, designs have an artistic flair to them with the folds and shapes inspired by his SS10 ready-to-wear theme “Storm.” Plus, sans logos, the thoughtful design and materials stand out in minimalist relief.
The former Margiela designer also continues his very wearable collaboration with Robert Clergerie. LUTZ by Robert Clergerie with feature three editions for spring including the flat pictured here, a semi-high and high-heeled pair. Sounds like the perfect combo of art meets fashion meets function.
