Holiday shopping this year isn’t exactly the easiest to justify. Montblanc is giving your purchasing power a conscience with a new collection called “Signature for Good.” The famous pen company will donate 10% of sales of the capsule collection to UNICEF. And to help kick off its do-gooder drive, the retailer thew a fete at its Madison Avenue store hosted by Gossip Girls’ Kelly Rutherford last night. Along with Rutherford’s star power, the kiddies from the United Nations International School came out to play, making ornaments purchased at $1 each that Montblanc will match in donations to UNICEF. Now that’s the holiday spirit.
