Not only are we jealous of sunny Caracas’ beaches and weather, but now there’s a fashion contender amongst the South American mix. Featured recently on CNN Espanol, No Pise la Grama (”don’t step on the grass” in Spanish) isn’t your usual skin-tight-as-can-be hot weather line nor is it, refreshingly, beauty queen gowns. Rather, young designer Daniela Panaro is pushing fashion forward trends and influencing the Caracas social set to embrace sharp shoulders and custom trims that Panaro personally finds from her travels. Check out the rising star’s latest runway show last Thurdsay.
