Sad, Sad, Sad

Another Hollywood star has passed away. Now, its teen heartthrob Corey Haim one half of the Two Coreys duo with Corey Feldman  who captured the hearts of America with his quirky roles and good looks. Corey was found unresponsive at an apartment in LA early Wednesday morning and was rushed to nearby Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The troubled actor, 38, had a long history of substance abuse problems and bottles of prescription pills were found in his home, although no illicit drugs were found. Corey was best known for his roles in the 80’s hits The Lost Boys, Lucas and License To Drive and he had appeared on the reality show The Two Coreys with his one-time partner in crime Feldman from 2007 til 2008. Wedding Belle

Nicole Richie is finally ready to take a trip down the aisle. The reality star-turned designer recently showed off her stunning engagement ring from baby daddy Joel Madden during a trip to NYC for Fashion Week. And during a sit-down chat with Ellen, Nicole admitted they are finally starting the planning for the Big Day! ³Ive been on the road. I just got home, and so it’s really going to be now that’s the time for me to sit down and think about what I want,” Nicole spills. The Stars Are Out

It was Hollywood’s biggest night  and the stars were out in full force. Alex Baldwin and Steve Martin got tons of laughs as the hosts of the 82nd Annual Academy Awards in LA, where there weren’t many surprises. Sandra Bullock was radiant in a gold gown, picking up her first award for Best Actress in The Blind Side, while Jeff Bridges brought his own statue home for his amazing performance in Crazy Heart. And The Hurt Locker swept the show, winning 6 Oscars including Best Director for Kathryn Bigelow and Best Picture  beating out James Cameron’s mega-bucks hit Avatar. Mo’nique prevailed as Best Supporting Actress in the tearjerker Precious and Christoph Waltz picked up an award for Best Supporting Actor in Inglorious Bastards. Continue…

It’s A Girl!

Dr. McSteamy is now on daddy duty! Eric Dane and his gorgeous wife Rebecca Gayheart (the Noxema girl!) are now the proud parents of a little baby girl after Rebecca gave birth on Wednesday in LA. “Mother, father and daughter are doing great,” a rep for the couple says. And while the baby’s name hasn’t been released yet, Eric is thrilled that the house will be decorated in pink. ‘It just makes sense that I’m having a girl, I don’t know what it is, but I am excited it’s a girl,” Eric recently revealed. The newest addition to their family is a piece of good news for the couple who were faced with scandal last summer when a sex tape of them froclicking in the tub with beauty queen-turned Hollywood madam Kari Ann Peniche was leaked. Kelly Osbourne looks hot. The reality star showed off her svelte new figure on the cover of this week’s Us Magazine – but she admits that it takes a lot of hard work to keep from gaining the weight back. The 5’2” Kelly admits that she once weighed in at 160 pounds but she’s now down to 118, mostly thanks to her grueling workouts and dance routines on Dancing With The Stars. Cleaning Up

Charlie Sheen is back in rehab. But will the third time be the charm for the Two and A Half Men star? Charlie is completing a 2-week program for cocaine and alcohol abuse at a center while his wife Brooke Mueller is also in treatment for crack addiction. But new reports claim that getting Charlie to check in wasn’t easy! His rep released a statement yesterday afternoon that Charlie had gone to rehab as a “preventative measure.” Too bad Charlie hadn’t actually gone to get help yet! He didn’t agree to go until midnight, and everyone around him was worried he wouldn’t even go at all. “Charlie didn’t want to go,” a source says. He loves his children and ultimately that’s what convinced him to get help.” In the meantime, his hit show is on hiatus. Continue…

Coming Clean

Lindsay Lohan is finally opening up about her drug use and her romance with DJ Samantha Ronson. In a new interview, Linds opens up about her on-off affair with Sam, saying that she never expected to date a woman. “I never really thought about women before, it kind of just happened with Samantha. It surprised me,” Lohan tells the U.K. Sun tabloid. She adds, “If I wasn’t with Samantha, I would probably be with a boy next. She’s the only woman I’ve been attracted to.” And Lindsay doesn’t give up hope that one day they could end up back together.  “We love each other. We might reconcile the relationship, maybe.” And Lilo also spilled on her drug and alcohol problems, which she has denied for years. “I tried to mask my problems with alcohol, cocaine and mind-altering substances,” the actress, 23, says. “Now I’m in a place where I don’t need to use anything and I can feel emotions because I choose to.” Lindsay even admits that she checked herself into rehab in 2007 after she woke up, freezing and wet, in a bathtub full of water. “I was so scared,” she says. “I called my therapist and said, ‘Can I just go somewhere for a month? I’m around bad people and I need to take care of myself.’ ” Lindsay insists that she is clean now, but still has the occasional cocktail. “I’m allowed to drink now but I know my limits.” Continue…

After years of not speaking, Angelina Jolie is speaking to her father again. And it’s all thanks to Brad Pitt! Angie and her poppa were spotted together getting onto a gondola in Venice this weekend (Angie is there to film The Tourist with Johnny Depp) – the first time they have seen eachother in years! The two famously feuded in 2002 after Angelina adopted son Maddox and Jon spilled the beans about it. When Angie flipped out on her dad for telling all about baby Mad, Jon went on national TV and dissed Angie, claiming that she had “serious mental problems.” Since then, Angie has cut Jon out of her life but she finally let Jon come to Venice and visit this weekend after Brad arranged the reunion. “Brad has been trying to get them to speak for years,” a source says. “He is so happy they are on the path to reconciling and starting over.” Continue…

Back To Rehab

It looks like Tiger Wood’s first trip to sex rehab just wasn’t enough. After apologizing to friends, family and fans during a press conference Friday morning, Tiger is heading back to the clinic to continue his treatment. Its been 85 days since he crashed his Escalade after a heated fight with wife Elin Nordegren, and he is finally addressing the public. But sources say that Elin has no plans to attend. “There has been non-stop strategysessions at the house between Tiger and his people,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “And from an image standpoint, everyone feels it would be much better for Elin to be there. After all, he’s apologizing for his behavior. People are going to be a lot more receptive to his apology, if they see his wife has accepted his apology.” As for his return to sex addiction rehab, the PGA Tour commissioner, Tim Finchem, confirmed the news. “As we understand it, Tiger’s therapy called for a week’s break at this time, during which he has spent a few days with his children and then will make his statement before returning,” Finchem said in a statement, according to the Associated Press. “Accordingly, there was very little flexibility in the date for the announcement.” Continue…

Tiger Woods is FINALLY ready to apologize. The golf great, who cheated on wife Elin Nordegren with over 14 women, will make his first public appearance at the PGA headquarters in Florida on Friday morning, where he will discuss, “his past and his future and he plans to apologize for his behavior,” according to his agent Mark Steinberg. “Tiger feels as though it’s time to make amends and to publicly do that.” He will be speaking to a small group of friends, colleagues and associates and will not be answering questions from a few invited reporters.
