Rihanna has a new man. Almost a year after being abused by ex Chris Brown after a pre-Grammy party in LA, Rihanna is getting cozy with LA Dodger star Matt Kemp. The Umbrella singer and her new guy were spotted making out at a posh resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico yesterday. “They “couldn’t keep their hands off of each other,” says an eyewitness, adding that once back on their patio the pair “kept kissing while gazing out over the ocean.” Meanwhile, friends say, “Rihanna wants the world to know that she is happy with Matt,” says an insider. They looked just as happy as Matt kept RiRi “constantly giggling,” says an onlooker, during a shopping trip to The Grove outdoor mall in L.A. on Dec. 22. Chris, on the other hand, was caught up in another scandal over New Year’s Eve weekend when he went driving in a Lamborghini in Miami Beach with an intoxicated Bow Wow. “Face numb im whippin the lambo. Tipsy as fuck. Just left the @livmiami Im fucked up!!! Ohhhh damn. Y i drive the lambo. Chris might have to drive after next spot” Bow Wow Tweeted to fans on his personal page, while out on the town in South Beach. Ah, Chris Brown  never far from a good scandal.
