It’s ON!

Things are heating up again in the custody battle between Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol and her babydaddy  and Playgirl model  Levi Johnston. Bristol filed for sole custody of the couple’s 1-year old son Tripp in November  but she had requested the hearing to be closed for the best interests of their son. She even asked if they could use the named Jane and John Doe. But Levi, who split from Bristol earlier this year and has griped about being barred from seeing his baby, fought back. “I know that public scrutiny will simplify this matter and act as a check against anyone’s need to be overly vindictive, aggressive or malicious, not that Bristol would ever be that way, nor that I would. But her mother is powerful, politically ambitious and has a reputation for being extremely vindictive . . . So, I think a public case might go a long way in reducing Sarah Palin’s instinct to attack.” ZING! And while Bristol shot back saying, “My mother is not involved in this case,” and claiming that Levi only wants an open court “for his own self-promotion,” a judge sided with Sarah’s ex son-in-law-to-be. Stay tuned for some more drama!
