Truce!

Finally, Jon and Kate Gosselin out their problems aside for the sake of their kids. The parents of eight have been in an all-out battle after Kate discovered that Jon had taken $230,000 from their joint account in recent months. But Kate eased up on her ex for the day, letting him come to their Pennsylvania home to celebrate twin daughters’ Cara and Mady’s 9th birthday. “I’m staying until the kids go to bed,” he said during a break in the visit. “We’re trying to be cordial for Mady and Cara.” Jon even showed up to the party bearing gifts and a vanilla cake from New York’s upscale Cupcake Café that had his daughter’s name misspelled “Maddy” with an extra “d.” The joint soiree was the first time the two have been cordial to each other since their divorce turned bitter. On Wednesday, Jon accused Kate of trying to keep him out of the party by changing the plans at the last minute and insisting that he only show up for two hours. But Jon had a different plan. “She’s trying to prevent me from seeing my kids on their birthday because she doesn’t want to see me,” he said, insisting that, because it is still his home, he would stay as long as he wanted.

Don’t Hassel the Hoff

David Hasselhoff is at it again. The Baywatch star landed in the hospital again after a wild 2-day drinking binge at his London hotel St. Martins Lane – and he even punched a doctor while he was there! Just weeks ago, David was rushed to a LA hospital for alcohol poisoning, but at the time he denied it and said his ex wife Pamela Bach made the 911 call to mess with him. But he sure cant explain this one away! David spent two nights in a private suite where he punched Dr. Paul Ettinger, giving him a bruised forehead. And he was so unruly that hospital staff didn’t know how to deal with him. “David is very hard to handle when he drinks, often very emotional and aggressive,” claims a source close to the star. “On this occasion he became so drunk he wet his hotel bed – ruining two mattresses – and was becoming a real pain for staff.”
