She did it. Brooke Burke and her partner Derek Hough have been crowned the newest winners of Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday’s 2-hour finale of the competition. The duo crushed their rivals’, partners Lance Bass and Lacey Schwimmer and NFL star Warren Sapp and Kym Johnson, dreams of making it to the top spot after scoring a 58 out of 60 for their samba and perfect freestyle dance moves. Brooke and Derek, who have been dancing together for 10 weeks, also wowed the crowed with their Viennese waltz, after which Brooke admitted it felt “unbelievable” to win. And it seemed like her hubby, Baywatch hottie David Charvet, was just as happy about her big win – he was seen crying in the audience. How sweet!

City Girl?

Is Reese Witherspoon headed to the Big Apple? It sure looks that way! The actress was in town to promote her latest flick Four Christmases, complete with a stop at Lat Night with David Letterman, but the trip wasn’t all work. Sources say that Reese, who has been dating actor Jake Gyllenhaal for over a year now, was also seen scoping out apartments in the West Village. And Reese seemed to be making herself right at home in her new ‘hood, stopping for a snack at Milk & Cookies bakery.

She’s Moves Quick!

Well it looks like Carson Daly has a new woman in his life – and she’s having his baby! The former TRL host, 35, who famously dated and dumped wild child actress Tara Reid, is expecting his first child with girlfriend Siri Pinter, he revealed on Tuesday. “Carson is thrilled to be a father and they are looking forward to an extra special Thanksgiving this year with family and friends,” his rep said in a statement. No word yet on whether the tot will come out wearing Spandex bicycle pants and suffering from manorexia.
