Weight-y Issues

Leave Jessica Simpson alone! At least, that’s what her baby sister is asking. On her own personal blog, the new mommy hit back at critics of her BIG sis, who was photographed looking plumper than ever at the 99.9 Country Radio event in Pembroke Pines, Florida last weekend. I am completely disgusted by the headlines concerning my sister’s weight, Ashlee, who dropped all of her post-baby weight within weeks of giving birth, lamented. I find it completely embarrassing and belittling to all women to read about a woman’s weight or figure as a headline on Fox News. Ashlee went on to say that even though Jess is definitely a lot heavier than she was a few months ago, women come in different shapes, sizes, and forms and just because you’re a celebrity, there shouldn’t be a different standard. This from a girl who barely eats. Whatevs.

Steaming Mad

Guy Ritchie’s father is still not over his son¹s split from Madonna ­ and now he’s talking about it to anyone who¹ll listen. John Ritchie is blabbing about how happy he is that his son is no longer with the Queen of Pop. The worst thing would be if they reconciled, Guy’s dad recently said. He added that he is happy that Madge has lots of boyfriends so she wont come looking for Guy again. Ouch! Meanwhile, John admits that there truly is no bad blood between the exes. There are no big arguments between them. All they discuss is the children, adding that both are happy with the custody agreement. Silver lining!
