Crash!

Jamie Lynn Spear’ baby daddy is in the hospital after crashing his pickup in Louisiana this weekend. The 19-year old, who has a ten-month old daughter Maddie with Britney¹s little sis, was driving home from a fishing trip with pals when he lost control of his Ford F-250 and crashed it, ejecting himself and three others from the car. In addition to breaking his ankle, Casey needed surgery to relieve a hematoma (the same thing Natasha Richardson died from!) and may need to go under the knife again on a blood clot on his brain. No word yet on whether drinking was involved.

Hitched

Heidi and Spencer are continuing to milk their 15 minutes. The press hungry reality couple were married this weekend at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif. And of course, MTV was there to film it for an upcoming episode of The Hills. Watching the “happy” couple exhange vows were costars Audrina Patridge and Lo Bosworth, as well as frenemy Lauren LC Conrad, who left early, and Laguna Beach alum Kristen Cavallari. “Heidi and Spencer seemed so happy to celebrate with their family and friends,” a source says.
“The newlyweds snuck kisses at any chance that they got.” After the service, Heidi changed into a short white frock and the party continued at Social Hollywood. Congrats!
