That was the decision made by Miss USA owner Donald Trump on Tuesday morning, which he revealed during a press conference in NYC. The Donald said that there had been “miscommunication” but that all was cleared up now. Meanwhile, Carrie has certainly not set a good example, breaking pageant rules by posing topless twice! In fact, a new set of the “biblically correct” Carrie baring her breasts turned up late Monday. Carrie infamously proclaimed that gay marriage was wrong during the Miss USA pageant, claiming that she only supported marriage between “opposites.” Good decision, Donald.

The svengali, who kept the popstar drugged and incoherent for months, until she went to the loony bin and her family finally stepped in, already has a three-year restraining order keeping away from Brit. And now, he faces charges of $123,142 to cover the singer’s legal fees for the courtroom battle over the order of protection. Jon Eardley, a lawyer who worked with Sam and is also forbidden from going near Britster, is also being asked to fork over $129,922.
