Billy Joel is single again. The Piano Man has filed for divorce from his much-younger wife, Katie Lee, after less than 5 years together. “Billy Joel & Katie Lee Joel have decided to separate. This decision is a result of much thoughtful consideration. Billy & Katie remain caring friends with admiration and respect for each other,” says a statement issued by both of their reps. But things haven’t been well between the seemingly mismatched pair for a while now. Recent reports claimed that Katie, 27, was cheating on her 60-year old hubby with Israeli clothing designer Yigal Azrouel. “For nearly a year, Katie Lee has been spotted out with Yigal,” a source said in April. “Initially, Billy thought it was great that she met a new friend, someone to occupy her time while he trudges through a long tour schedule.
