Levi Johnston is going full frontal. The baby daddy to ex-Alaskan governor Sarah Palin’s grandson is getting ready to show off his best assets in a revealing spread in playgirl magazine. His manager reveals that Levi has been hitting the gym six days a week and eating tons of moose meat (he says it’s “very good for you, high in protein and very lean”) to get ready for his close, close up. The shoot, set to take place on Nov. 16 will show Levi in the buff  and he’s excited about it. “We’re working out the actual details day-by-day, and have come to a very happy conclusion, which we feel readers will be enthralled by,” the rep reveals. And while girls around the country can’t wait to see the 19-year old strip down, Sarah herself is appalled. Sarah is fuming after Levi revealed in an interview that Sarah called her youngest son Trig, who has Downs-syndrome, “retarded.” “Consider the source of the most recent attention-getting lies, those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention.” Ouch!
