Still Pregnant!

Ashlee Simpson has been pregnant for seven years or at least, that’s what it seems like! There were rumors that the expectant pop princess had FINALLY popped after her hubby Pete Wentz suddenly canceled his appearance on Larry King Live on Friday night to speak out on the passage of Proposition 8. But the daddy-to-be then debunked the Internet rumors when he called in to the finale of TRL on Sunday night, assuring fans that the baby’s not here yet! That kid must be 25 pounds by now!

Reunited?

So did Paris Hilton and Benji Madden split up? That’s what it looked like when the hotel heiress was spotted hanging out with her ex, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, at Miami’s Mokai on Saturday night. In town for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show at the newly renovated Fountainbleau Hotel nearby, Paris snuck out of the after party at Liv nightclub to meet up with her one-time honey. They sat at the same table and were all over each other and then left together. No word yet on whether Benji realizes just how lucky he is to be free.

Justin Timberlake is moving on down. The Sexy Back singer has just shelled out $10 million on a huge Tribeca loft, which insiders say he plans to share with girlfriend Jessica Biel. The apartment features floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views of downtown Manhattan, an enormous bedroom and a chic eat-in kitchen. But it looks like Justin, who performed in a hilarious skit with Beyonce on Saturday’s SNL, might want to tighten the belt a little, his uptown eatery, Southern Hospitality, is being sued by 50 former employees for non payment of tips.

Poor Heather Locklear! The former Melrose Place bitch has been formally charged with one count of driving under the influence of drugs, following her September 27 arrest for driving erratically in Malibu. And while no other alcohol or drugs were found in her systems, sources say that the actress is still not well. “she is still using and not getting any help. She hasn’t been going to AA – its a problem.” The 46-year old completed a stint in rehab this past spring, but at the time her reps tried to play it off as treatment for anxiety. Yeah, we’re sure, and Paris’ new video is G rated.
