So Cute!

Nicole Richie’s new son Sparrow is adorable. The new mom, who also has a daughter Harlow with boyfriend Joel Madden, shows off her 6-week old son on the cover of the new People Magazine and gushes about how happy being a mom makes her. “I couldn’t be happier,” Richie tells PEOPLE. “The only thing you want is for your kids to be healthy and happy, and they are. I’m right where I belong.” And Nicole, while sleep-deprived, is so happy that 21-month old Harlow is happy to have a new baby brother. “I’m glad I had a girl before I had a boy,” says Richie. “She just loves him so much.” Adds the children’s proud papa, “She’s very gentle with him.” Congrats to the new parents!
