Today, December 1st marks the annual World AIDS Day and good news abounds: Activewear powerhouse Nike has announced a new partnership with Bono’s charity (RED) to fight AIDS and HIV in Africa. Called “Lace Up, Save Lives,” the new campaign was announced yesterday in London along with several soccer stars including Didier Drogba (Chelsea), Joe Cole (Chelsea), Andrei Arshavin (Arsenal), Marco Materazzi (Inter Milan), Denilson (Arsenal), Lucas Neill (Everton), Clint Dempsey (Fulham) and Seol Ki-Hyeon (Fulham).
