Brazilian DJ Gui Boratto arrived at music studying design. The Sao Paolo native started mixing tracks in his studio for advertising agencies and quickly realized that his music had more soul to give. Playing packed clubs in Brazil and Europe helped spawn his softmore release Take My Breath Away with Defrag records. The new album stays true to his minimalist approach to music as Boratto fuses Latin beats with Techno and takes you on an electronic roller coaster of beat filled dreams. Gui Boratto is an obsessive touring machine, so don’t be afraid to sweat on the dance floor when he’s in your city. Todays Song of the Day is a perfect Friday, get me the fack out of work song.
